Volunteer. Listen. Connect.
Your Voice. Your Community. Your Impact.
We believe great communities are built
with residents not just for them.
Our objective is to improve the military living experience for all
residents through volunteerism, listening to residents, and
facilitating resident connections and communication.
The Resident Ambassadors Board (RAB) is your chance to be of
service to others, help shape the place you live, and strengthen
your community connections.

What is the NEW Resident Ambassadors Board (RAB)?
The RAB will coordinate, support, and maximize the impact of volunteer opportunities for the installation. It will focus on aligning volunteers’ time, skills, and energy with meaningful projects and community needs. Additionally, the RAB shall guide and inform residents on housing and military resources, gather resident feedback in a structured manner through regular Community Conversations Forums and facilitate resident connection and communication through events, activities, and various communication channels.
It’s a simple idea with powerful impact: residents helping residents through volunteering, listening, and connecting.
What RAB Ambassadors Do.
RAB Ambassadors have enhanced access to project
leadership and other senior stakeholders, enabling them to stay
informed on policies, processes, and resources impacting military
living. This knowledge allows RAB Ambassadors to serve as community
ambassadors, helping neighbors engage with each other, understand
“why” things are done, and guide residents to community resources
they may need.
